As an introduction to our upcoming science unit on moon phases, third grade visited the Hudson River Museum Planetarium. Here they saw a planetarium show about our solar system. After, they engaged in an art project where they made one of the planets and created a new planet of their own imagination. Last we ate a delicious pizza lunch in the Lincoln Park Jewish Center's sukkah.
